1200 Books For Neighbors Link!

This summer we are working on our biggest project since the inception of Arms Wide Open for our new partners at Neighbors Link. Neighbors Link works to strengthen communities through healthy integration of immigrant communities, including refugees. They have several different junior programs serving about 250 kids in elementary and middle school. We have sourced and vetted about 1200 books to help build libraries at their three Westchester-based community centers. It took two full carloads to make the delivery.
