Hearts and Homes for Refugees - 400 Books Delivered

We started 2025 securing a new partnership with Hearts and Home for Refugees (HHR). Since 2016 this Westchester nonprofit has made a huge impact by resettling and assisting over 3,500 refugees in our area. They are focused on mentoring and supporting Community Sponsor Groups who are working directly with refugee families. They requested an assortment of of books, including baby books, early readers, chapter books, and nonfiction. We collected and organized 400 books covering all the categories from baby board books to 5th grade reading level. We are looking forward to more opportunities to work with this far reaching organization.
