Over 300 Books for 21 Young Refugees

September 2023 In one of our biggest project to date, we collected and delivered totebags of books for 21 young refugees ages 3-17 in the NYC area. Friends of the Open Arms Initiative donated thousands of books which we parsed through to put together age appropriate collections for each child. Neighbors for Refugees, an incredible local organization that works with resettled refugees, helped organize this project and made the final delivery to some happy families!
